Four things I insist on
The hard part is rarely technical
It almost always comes down to someone changing how they work, and buying licences does not do that.
Show rather than persuade
A working demo explains more than a deck. That is why what I propose can be seen before it is commissioned.
Engineering practice still applies
Specification, review, tests and observability are needed just as much, or more, when a model is involved.
Saying no is part of the job
There are processes where AI adds nothing. It is worth spotting that early and saying it.
